February 15th, 2012: The 4 Minute Workout

  • A workout made up of 20-second intervals and start-off your morning right

February 18th, 2012: Getting Started

  • A reverse pyramid style workout full of jumping jacks, pushups, crunches, and squat

February 21st, 2012: R.est I.n P.lank

  • A workout done completely in the plank position that targets the core, butt, and arms
